Not happy with your purchase?
We hope you are content with your newest acquisition. But of course you are free to change your mind. You can cancel the order and return the item within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel a sale, please contact us by e-mail on email@example.com or by phone +32 478163463 and request a return authorisation before returning items. If we haven’t heard from you within two weeks after delivery, the product is considered sold.
When you return an article, the item must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. If damage does occur during the return shipment or if the package gets lost it will be your own responsibility and the costs will be yours. We therefore advise you to return your order with a Track & Trace code.
We will refund the whole sum paid by you, including original shipping charges, within 14 days after receiving the returned item. I hope you understand that, since we are a small business, sending the item back to us is at your own expense.

We pack our parcels with lots of love and care and send them to you using insured postal services. In the unfortunate event a product gets damaged during transport, we are first of all very sorry to hear that! If this is the case, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your package and we will take care of it right away! Please include images of the outside of the box including labels, the inside of the box including packaging and any images of the damaged piece.
We will send you a postage label so you can return the parcel free of charge. Please return the item unused and in its original packaging (if the packaging isn’t too damaged!).
We will discuss with you whether you would like to replace the damaged item, or proceed with a refund. Up to you! Refunds will happen within 14 days into the account of your original payment method.
